Its both adorable in a sense, and yet, because of the oddness of the cats ears being folded, the way its sitting, and the Nintendo ds lite it has, the effect combined is of adorable/wierd (not a very creative description).

It's great to be back! Anyway, there was a comment on Digg mentioning the cat to be a Scottish Fold:
"Scottish Folds (named for their trademark floppy ears) actually sit around like that, in that position. They're odd cats."
Amazing! Just can't imagine it... :)
