XBOX 360: Turns out foil on GPU heatsink was Deliberate

(xbox-scene): Microsoft has released a statement with specifications showing that the foil found on Xbox 360 GPU heatsinks is a part of the assembly process, and aids in thermal transfer. This apparently is not the source of any overheating.
