TVUNetworks let's you watch TV for free from your PC...channels include ABC and ESPN

This is at least at the moment, free, and it includes some channels including ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, and CNN. The system seems to be p2p based, with some of the bandwith being distributed via other viewers. Though the bad thing is that for at least ESPN2, there is at least 30 seconds to one minute delay, so it wont really be truly live. Besides that it is a neat service.
